For example clearly understanding why you wish to work outside your own country, your career ambitions and how a particular school can match your needs. In addition we work closely with you assisting with relocation issues. This includes explaining the Vietnamese Visa and Work Permit process, advice on obtaining the appropriate documents and providing information on housing and cultural issues in Vietnam.

• During our initial Skype interview your motivations in wishing to work in Vietnam are carefully understood;
• We match teachers with the right opportunities where they can grow professionally within a new culture.

If you meet these requirements please provide your details below:

• A passion for teaching with a professional working attitude & a desire to build your career in the education field;
• Committed to at least a 12 months teaching placement;
• A minimum of 1 year full time ESL teaching experience;
• Native English speaker;
• Willing to teach all ages, energetic and enthusiastic about teaching young learners;
• A English teaching certificate -TESOL, TEFL, CELTA or equivalent. A minimum of 120 hours in-class with over 4 hrs of teaching practice;
• As a minimum at least a Bachelor’s degree from a university.
• Clean criminal background check with 6 months validity from home country.
